請教借個人賬戶轉賬的問題

My cousin opened a Scottrade on-line account in China.  He was told that he was not able to transfer funds to the account per Chinese law.  China only allows funds to be transferred to a foreign personal account not to a foreign company.  So he wants to transfer funds to my personal account and then I will transfer the fund to his Scottrade account.

Is there any (potential) problem by doing so? 

Is there any other ways for him to fund his account by himself?
