You have no case. If you have anything in writing from her or her BF, it may be different. You are the car owner and you are liable for the accident. Since it was her fault in the accident, your insurance will cover the other car. You cannot worry about how to get your money since the other driver might sue you if your insurance could not cover everything. The other car is expensive, isn't it?
