你所列出的ABC每項費用都要繳納嗎？還是在ABC各項裏隻選一項就可以了？
愛恨專利的答複:
隻選一項. For example, if you want to file a non-provisional utility patent application on paper, the minimum fee would be the basic fee plus the search fee plus the examination fee. Assuming that you are a small entity (i.e. not an industry giant), the fee would be 165 + 270 + 110 = 545 (USD). Please be aware that the patent office may charge you extra fees if your application size is too big and/or you have too many claims.
