We live in NY state. My son is in K. And he hit some other kids at school and got suspended from school, We have been cooperate with school and try to find out why he suddenly change behaviour. But he did again and again.(He never did that at previous school and home). So I really not trusted what school told me. The school want to have psychologist to oberserve him at school. But Since we don't feel trust them, so I am so afraid this will have bad infulence on my son and they push my kid to special program. So we prefer we work with our own psychologist. As i know in order for school psychologist to observe my son in classroom, i have to agree and sign sth, but they did allow psychologist observed the classroom already without my permission, is this against law or is it a legal issue already, please instruct.
