you need to hire an attorney or you not going to stand much of chance..

the PM company must represent by attorney, they can not sue in civil court without a legal representative, so if you don't know what you doing, you are already in the losing position..

to prove discrimination, is not easy, if you can just win to break the lease, you should be happy.
