今天收到律師信說我的房子要被拍賣due on mortgage loan has not been paid on time

or have failed to fulfill some other obligation to lender.幾個不同的信封寄到我家地址分別是給我, 我先生,另外一個人, 所有的住戶.我知道是這個房子的第一任主人有債務問題,而我已是第三任房主.我從不延誤帳單,而且照著信上的電話打過去,也沒有我的信息,本來我就沒有欠這lender的錢.

現在我該怎麽辦? 我credit會受影響嗎?
