Disregarding Stop Sign的罰單問題

 

今天一出家門就吃一張Disregarding Stop Sign的罰單，我就覺得冤啊。一輛警車跟在我後麵閃閃閃。我就停車了。一女警過來沒好氣地說我在家門口Stop Sign沒停。我說我停了，也許沒夠三秒。她硬說我根本沒停，還沒好氣地皺著眉說。還問我有什麽不良記錄沒。我說我開車從來遵守規則，根本沒不良記錄沒，自從會開車起。她還不信，拿了我的駕照和車證回到她車裏在電腦上查了好半天才出來。然後她給我開了張Disregarding Stop Sign的罰單。我說我不同意，因為我沒幹。她說不同意可以上庭申述，先簽了罰單我就放你走。我的態度一直很好，她一直皺著眉沒好氣跟訓孫子似的。開到單位，我都快氣死了。這女的怎麽回事，這不成心欺負人嗎，PMS(我可沒歧視婦女，我也是女的)。我老板還說錢不多，算了，付了吧。我說憑什麽，跟錢沒關，要錢打發要飯花子，我捐都行。問題是，我停了，我付什麽! 我一定要去法庭。請問遇到這種不講理，隨便就抓一人開罰單的怎麽辦。
