回複：請教持H1B的加拿大公民出入美加邊境問題

因為家人還在加拿大，持H1_B的加拿大公民頻繁（每周~每月）出入美加邊境會有問題嗎？

-No problem at all.

是不是每次回美國時都要重簽，

-Not need any visa. Just show your passport and the H1 approval notice/I-94 to the CBP official every time you enter US. That is all.

 

有沒有多次往返的？重簽被拒絕返回美國的可能性有多大？

持TN可以頻繁出入嗎？
