Wrong. You don't know how much Americans didn't pay their medical bills which we paid taxes. No any hospital can refuse the patients. I work in a hospital.Hardly see Chinese try to get free medical care. So many American go t the ER to get drugs (pain pill), free meal, even free bed at night in the winter.
