對不起,我又發了這個貼子.請熱心人能幫我回答回答.
我人在加州.我於去年12月和先生在車內爭執,被他人報警,後來被警察逮捕,以"FELONY"起訴.後來找到律師,罪行減為"MISDEMEANER-DISTURBING PEACE WITH NOISE. DA 判我一年的SUMMARY, 16WEEK的ANGER課.DA同意一年後把MISDEMEANER 減成INFRACTION.
我現在在申請綠卡中,140已批,485在排期（O7的大軍隊伍））.我上月搬家,給移民局通知換地址.今天收到信,我先生的已經換了.可是我的信上寫的是:Afer careful review of your request, it has been determined that your issues will be best addressed by the USCIS office having jurisdiction over your case.Therefore, we have taken the liberty of forwarding your service request to National Benifit Center. If you requere additonal assistance, forms and or filing instructions, we invite you to visit our web site at uscis.gov, or if you do not have internet access, contact customer service at 1-800-375-5283.
我不知道這封信是什麽意思?請大家幫我解答解答.
