last year My huaband used my credit card to paid one payment for my credit report. he checked for one payment.Later the company charged four times on my credit card but I did not find.Also they sent e-mails too. I never read the e-mails. Then called the customs rep said they sent -eamils. I reply You charged my money just bacause you send E-mails. Every day I received hundreds e-mails that means they can ask me for the money. but I did not use your servece.
I wanted to talk your supervisor or manager. Finally The manager gave me money back bacause I did not log in the company website after that,also I blocked my credit already. Ask to talk the manager
to check when you update and when you use update
