請老貓幫忙，我在德州吃了一張ticket., fail to control speed

我吃了一張ticket （fail to control speed）. 如果我請律師，付125刀，如果去上driving course, 付155刀. 二者皆可免去不良記錄。 但是，我不知道律師是否有十足把握。請問，律師會不會拖著case，把價錢抬上去？
