朋友在一間老美公司工作,老板經常不回他的email,說好除工資外還可以有傭金,但問他幾次都不說是什麽比例,提出要提高待遇,也是不理,不說行,也不說不行,請問這是怎麽回事啊,我想要是個老美雇員,他應該不敢這樣吧? 朋友很氣,想看看有無法律手段可取,請大家提議,謝謝!
