朋友在一間老美公司工作，老板經常不回他的email，說好除工資外還可以有傭金，但問他幾次都不說是什麽比例，提出要提高待遇，也是不理，不說行，也不說不行，請問這是怎麽回事啊，我想要是個老美雇員，他應該不敢這樣吧？ 朋友很氣，想看看有無法律手段可取，請大家提議，謝謝！
