國內暑假生來美租房可能被騙，請問大家該這麽辦？急！！！

該女生8月1號到UCLA ，在UCLA 學習6個星期。 在網上找到：

1。
已經WesternUnion匯款美金 2250 （ first month rental fee *$1200* plus the refundable
security deposit *$1050*）
給property account officer

請大家分析一下，是不是一個騙局。該怎麽要回那2250美金。等那女生8月1號到美國後報警？我們現在能做什麽。 急 ！！！
