公司解雇我的理由是我不能有效完成交給我的項目,

頂頭上司是個技術文盲,在這裏我不想過多地說。隻想問,這個理由應該不能構成:Willful misconduct in the course of your employment. The term wilful misconduct means deliberate misconduct in wilful disregard of the employer's interest, or a single knowing violation of a reasonable and uniformly-enforced rule or policy of the employer, when reasonably applied, provided such violation is not a result of the employee's incompetence?隻要著一條不能構成,那我就合格申請失業金。

臨走的時候,hr說,你又沒有steal什麽東西,應該可以,雖然我不能100%保證。

大家覺得怎麽樣,會有問題嗎?
又做過這種聽證會的朋友嗎?大概都進行什麽?時間長嗎?比較頭疼。
