You cannot ignore. If you ignore your license will be suspended and it is a misdemeanor in California to drive without a license. You have several choices. You can pay the fine and go to traffic school. A 21453a violation is the failure to stop at redlight. A right turn violation is 21453b. Either way, the fine is about $400 and traffic school is about $60 on top of that. You can go to court to fight it but the chance is slim if the cop shows up.
