所以老貓需要知道的是 (WHICH IS NOT POSSIBLE) 這句話到底是什麼意思?
老貓的了解是當事人拒絕驗尿.....
所以需要知道的是


(A) 當事人的血液檢值是多少 (blood alcohol level)
(B) 當事人過去是否有 DUI 的任何紀錄?
(C) 當事人是否 Involving Any Property Damage or Personal Injury ?
(D) 當事人為什麼拒絕驗尿? 同時是否這是當事人第一次拒絕 to submit to a urine test ?
