Tiffany 要罰我$475 合理嗎?

前不久,本人在EBAY上放了一條TIFFANY的項鏈賣.被TIFFANY發現說是假的,把LIST給我取消了.然後又讓其律師給我發信,要我交出所有項鏈,供出貨的出處,還要我16號前交罰金$475.
我其實手上就這一條項鏈,而且放在EBAY上時我也不知道是假的,這隻是國內的朋友給的,我自己不喜歡,就放EBAY上看能賣多少錢.沒想到東西沒賣出,還攤上這樣一個官司.
請問懂法律的朋友, 我該付這錢嗎? 怎樣能有效避免交這冤枉錢? 謝謝.
