我打算問親戚借錢買房,當然同時還申請房貸
為了申請銀行貸款順利, 我們的loan agent建議將親戚借的錢寫成"gift"
我們會另外寫借據證明是借而不是贈送.
可是國稅局規定贈款超過1萬二要交稅,
請問這樣做有被迫交增款稅的風險麽?
