You are right. 300$ is for my lawyer to do Trial by Judge (petition for ticket dismiss).

If my ticket is not dismissed, what I need to do? Which option is good? To pay the punishment fee directly or to pay the lawyer more money (200$ per-hour) to go to court (Trial by Jury).
