My daughter broken her arm twice. Once her left arm was broken into 3 pieces.
Right now, she has no problem at all.

Kids can recover very quickly.
The doctor will never say 100% recovery. otherwise, some people may sue them.

Good lucky and hope your kid recover very quickly.
