我已經搞好了對我的保險公司的Appeal Request form

馬上就寄出, 要是它在一周內再不給我回複的話, 我隻好去Small court sue it 了,我的保險是公司給買的, 就是group insurance. 要是我sue 它的話,它有沒有權在下一個年度裏拒絕給我投保?
