help

www.passport to fun plus.com has been charged me monthly( $22.99) over two years directly from credicard. I just found it. I have no idea when I applied or how they got my credicard number. I never got any statment or anything. I called them and they said my Email address was here and they got my credcard nummber from internet and refused gave me money back. What should I do. Please help.
