孩子摔倒,求助.

兒子三年級，昨天下午在after school 被小朋友推倒，從高處摔下，兒子是坐著的，往後摔下，那個小孩也是無心的。當時counselor 在旁邊，但沒有目擊全過程。現在兒子診斷骨折，要上石膏。 請問像這種情況，我能跟 after school 索賠嗎？或者跟那個推的小朋友溝通嗎？有什麽建議嗎？
