收到一封調查車保險情況的信，請問要回嗎？

車是偶的車，偶車也有保險。
信上是要偶保險公司的名字等情況，還有偶車的保險號（policy number)。 信上說如果30天不回複的話，可能會導致車的登記注冊無效。

請問有木有人收到類似的信？是不是騙人的東東
