顯然LZ並不知道要收費, 收多少. Dental Office應該事先告知.

尤其是保險不 cover的部分, 應該事先讓顧客知道, 不是嗎?

不像Medical Insurence, Dental Insurance 非常簡單, 不同公司之間PPO, HMO Plan benefit大同小異. Dental Office 一看LZ的保險卡, 哪些cover, 哪些不cover 基本就該有數.
