求助：請教Club有賠償的責任嗎，先謝

我想問的是，他們找到了我丟失物品，又錯誤的給了別人，他們對我丟失的物品有賠償責任嗎？

我把ipod（價值$200）丟在了健身房，第二天電話問，他們說找到了，由於沒當時去認領，而且他們人員交接班，一直沒能拿到。其中也有人解釋說找到的未必是我的。最終的結果是：

1. 一工作人員證實某天某時撿到了ipod，正是我丟的地方時間。（當時要關門，基本沒人了）

2. 一工作人員證實了ipod開啟的畫麵，正是我的。

3. manager 解釋說，可能工作人員錯誤的給了其他的member，因為他們內部找不到ipod了。他需要時間看看誤領的人是否能退回。

後來留言告訴我沒能找回來，any idea that would make up for that。這意思是他們要賠償嗎？
