應該是所有進你estate的財產可以拿來還債。

你貸款的時候有沒有簽過一個promissory note。如果有的話，lender可以go after你的estate。而且你的executor或者administrator有這個義務將錢還清。否則他會personally liable，如果lender sue的話。
