You should fight for what you believe is right. But reading your post, I get the feeling you are a confrontational person. There are diplomatic ways to get your point acrossed, if every discussion turns into argument, you should look at how you are presenting your point. It takes two hands to clap.

There is nothing wrong with being confidence, but we should try avoiding appearing arrogant.
