i had similar case. 有保險公司告我HIT　ＡＮＤ　ＲＵＮ in a parking lots 300 mile away from where i work．(i never been there before). 對方有證人write down my plate number．but they refuse to give me more details. so i call 我的保險公司 i never been there and nobody drive my car there. 我的保險公司 call me a day later that i do not need to worry because 對方證人說的 color is red and my car is grey.
