美國承認雙國籍，但是需要看你雙國籍的另外一個國家

美國第十四條憲法有說明：）all persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside.

但是出境進境的問題我就不了解了，是不是需要打電話給移民局詢問一下再確定？
