erro on court summon/complaint

老貓- I got the summon for the school bus stop arm violation However the date of violation was wrong on the traffi citation and court complaint. The police office must have put the date he called me as the date of violation. ( what a sloppy officer!) Will this consider a material error and result in my case dismissed? Thanks for your help!
