the original department store sent me a letter to instruct me to pay only the original balance and promise me to remove the negative comments on my credit report. but the annoying thing is they want me to contact the collector and pay the bill. that's all the nasty exchanges. I will just contact the department store and pay my bill. and let them to figure out how to resolve the issues.
