1, get an estimate of how much to change all the pipes and submit to seller for either credit towards closing (means you fix it) or fix it him/her self.
2, if seller don't agree or only agrees to a number you are not happy with, you can quit before 17th day (standard date, or specified in offer).
If you like everything else of the house and this is the only problem, try to work it out with the seller, no big deal. It is very hard to find a house you like.
