On section F: Are there any prior or pendng court actions in any state or country involving the Plaintif and the Defendant for divorce, annualment, separate support, legal separation or abuse prevention? ___No __X_Yes

The Trial Court 10R0026AB
Probate and family Court Docket No: BR10D0344DR


Above info I copied from Section F. The question is I did not write the 10R0026AB. How and when and who wrote it there?

also on the top of this page there are extra writing which i never seen it before: ref #BR10R0062AB, 10D0034DR DISMISSED

Please look carefully, ref #BR10R0062AB compared to the Section F 10R0026AB. They are not exactly the same. the last two digits oposite.
