I got a traffic ticket for "Not completely stop to turn right at red light" (California Violation Code: 1 VC-21453A-1), the fine is $456,
I want to fight the ticket in court to hope either the case got dismissed or the fine get reduced.
There is two options I can select for court appearance:
1. Arraignment - Appearance to hear your charge, ...and entry of plea
2. Court Trial - Contest the citation
I wonder which one I should select? and what is the difference?
please drop a line if you have experience or know-how, your help is appreciated..........
