請問，車停在停車位被樹砸了，可以獲得賠償麽

謝謝您，我有個問題想請教
我家的新車晚上停在apartment前麵的停車位上，那天下大雪，樹枝被雪壓斷砸在我家的車上，造成dent，我們去修了車，花了500塊deduction，我想問一下，我們可否要求apartment賠償我們這500塊修車費，因為這是他們的樹造成我們的損失，謝謝
