車禍孩子受傷,該索賠多少錢?

被追尾, 我的車子total loss, 孩子後腦袋撞在玻璃上, 很大lump. 對方是出租車, 保險付全責. 警察叫了救護車,看望急診當夜返家. 急診+救護車一共是$1900. 媽媽請假看護孩子,工資損失$1200.

現在僅僅就personal injury來講, 應該claim 多少賠償? 保險公司一般會付多少? 事過已有兩月, 孩子有時會叫頭疼, 我想不應該是車禍的原因, 但又有一點懷疑. 該不該再去x-ray 一下?
