I am not sure about Reimbursement deadline for dependent care FSA. I guess it should be the same, 4/15 next year. If it is your 2008 FSA, you have no chance to get anything back. If it is 2009 FSA, you have 3 weeks (unitl 4/15) to file reimbursement. So you had better hurrying up.
