這算不算欺騙？
本人愛好養魚，在網上看到一種魚，非常漂亮，市場上見不到，我就花了200美元買了幾條。結果苦等到魚上門，興奮得打開箱子，魚一條沒死，但樣子和網上的照片很不一樣，但是一個品種。我很失望，遠沒有照片上漂亮，而且膽子很小，都躲起來了。我給seller發了信說魚和照片上不一樣，給了中評。對方也沒回複。這魚我不想要了，打算賣掉，我的問題是我能不能也用seller的照片（他的也是從網上弄來的，不是他的魚）來賣魚呢？這麽做有沒有欺騙性？
