房子隻有lg名字有問題嗎？

我們夫妻結婚10多年了， 幾年前在加州買了房子， 當初好像是因為加我的名字貸款利率就不夠好還怎麽的， 我就簽了放棄把名字放在房產上的協議， 所以現在這房子是lg一個人的名字， 我們夫妻關係挺好， 我隻是納悶這樣有隱患嗎？ 是不是該去把我的名字加上？ 謝謝
