請問老貓及朋友

我現在和老公分居中，離婚還沒有辦下來

我現在想買一個房子

因為我們還沒離婚，好像我買下來的房子還是屬於我們2個人的

我想可不可以以我爸爸的名字買房，但是他在這裏沒有收入，所以貸款必須是我的名字

這樣可行嗎
