事實是這tint不是我們ordered的。　當初是沒有辦法才買tint過的車，　因不喜歡深色車（相對不安全）而淺色的隻有這一輛有tint的。本來可去別的車商買的，　但這家的價格最好。

I am wondering if this fact could be helpful for me to request the dealer to be at least partially responsible for the accident.
