I'm not sure about how you received income from your CPT job without W2 or 1099... Are you sure they haven't sent you a 1099 form? Technically if you need to file as resident alien, you may need to pay Social Security, FICA / Medicare taxes too. In addition, the employer should also have paid payroll tax. If you are sure that they won't issue W2 or 1099, then you can report that income as income from your self-employment business.
The income from translation service could be filed as income from your small business, I guess. Then you will need to pay self-employment tax.
However, given the total earned income and your family situation, you will probably get a tax refund over 2000 dollars. I know a babysitter (she is a legal PR) who has a son in College as dependent, she files a return with 9000 business income from babysitting ... and get 2700 through EIC.
