急問，請老貓及各位懂稅務的朋友……

老母去年拿到綠卡，隻有銀行利息的2ｋ多一點收入，無任何其它工作或收入。問會計師是否需要她個人保稅，回答不用。是這樣嗎？利息多少不用保稅還是隻要有都需報呢？
