請教前輩，夫妻可否有權把孩子過繼給年老的父母？情況如下

夫妻，公婆都有公民身份，2個孩子，要把一個過繼給孩子的爺爺奶奶（從出生就一直和他們生活在一起），不知道都在法律上是否可行？對監護權有什麽限製？因為夫妻2人均有工作收入，一切都正常。公婆在這邊沒有工作和收入。謝謝
