本人一投資房，這兩天上市。市場調查（刨去中介費）淨虧4萬。 打算把房子還給銀行（forclosure）那位可以給點經驗，建議。不勝感謝。

住：本人銀行信用很好。 經濟也撐得下去。


Thanks everyone for your response. We made the decision of getting rid of the property with the Credit Score hit.

We still have other rental propertie which in good financial balance. Also, we have enough cash to cover our living for several years (we both work)

Now the question we are facing is whether there will be debt-collector or some sorts to go after us. They will say you have enough money to pay the property. On our side, the bank originally approved us a very risky loan. Now, that risk materialized.

Do we think it correctly?
