401 k 錢 晚進賬戶 如果公司倒閉

我老公的公司財務不穩 工資由直接入賬改為支票
今天上網一查 發現 11 月份 401 的 錢 還未進賬
如果公司倒閉 what we should do now
we want to cancel 401 but have to wait for March to adjust it
if the company bankrupt can we get rhe money back
