I think this is too small case for attorneys. I got problem with my long distance provider beginning of this year.I filed complaint at California Public Utility Commission. Finally, the provider gave me full refund ($100+) and waived one monthly bill(nearly $50) as compensation. You can go to CPUC's website and file complaint online. It takes 2-3 months for them process your case.
