收到有律師的來信。房子06年買的,肯定appraisal價格降落15%左右。
律師收一半reductionamount. 另要付appriser 450美元。
說大概會降3000美元/年。
如果自己appeal,能降這麽多嗎?
律師是按小時付合算,還是付一半reductionamount好?
有沒有做過的,share experiences?
